According to our aim and for the sake of spreading awareness and long life learning, Al-Jazeera International Academy committed itself to serving all segments of society, particularly the government and private sectors involving companies and institutions. Therefore, a group of experienced consultants and specialists had done a field study to meet the needs of each sector from the individual to the public and private sectors as well as companies and corporations. It has taken into account in this study avoiding the repetition of previous mistakes in the training because we believe  that is a waste of money and efforts without any benefits accrue to the employee or the company, and therefore the Academy educational strategy was developed to provide productive training programs and effective learning outcomes through an accurate training system design to involve the quality of material and the availability of practical training via well equipped classrooms that prepared in the Academy and available to the trainees on the workplace as well. The trainees should be punctual and to ensure they attend daily, The Academy submits daily and periodically reports on the trainee to keep in nonstop contact with him, family and his business, even after his graduation. Obviously, the academy does not stop at providing training section, diplomas, general or private courses in computer and English language and Administrative Sciences, but it has established specialized departments to serve and train public and private sectors. The Academy also prepared training programs for them according to their need in addition to providing a special section to serve businessmen.
